I offer you psychological support and coaching sessions to help you get through a difficult time.


Psychological support consists of listening to you, trying to understand your emotions in order to experience your emotions and process them. 



Then, coaching aims to mobilize you to help you achieve a specific goal. 

The one-off coaching sessions have a dynamic and interactive rhythm.
